Domestic Shipping Policy

VS Home Supply offers free shipping locally in the Greater Toronto Area. This offer currently only applies to local residents. Outside provinces do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at info@vshomesupply.com.

For U.S.A residents, shipping costs will be estimated at checkout. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not supported for Canadian or U.S.A residents.

VS Home Supply does not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.A.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Ground Shipping

- This includes Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking for small packages. 

Freight or "LTL"

- This is reserved for large, heavy or oversized items such as vanities, large mirrors, bathtubs, toilets, etc. As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, and extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive. 

Freight Shipments require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Please follow along with provided tracking to ensure you are available to receive your order. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery window during normal business hours. If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, or if the customer does not accept the delivery date provided, the customer may be responsible for any warehouse storage fees, or freight charges back to the shipper (in addition to the original shipment expense, if applicable).

Freight Shipping orders are available to ship with curbside delivery only. We do not deliver oversized products into the home. The order will be delivered on a pallet and dropped at your driveway or loading dock. Please ensure you have someone to help you carry the item(s) inside once delivered.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent, and a shipping label will be created for the product(s). Once your order has been processed an email containing shipping and tracking information will be sent to you.

In stock items ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order. For items that are not in stock, you will be notified of approximate delivery time via email.

For oversized items, most transit companies will give a courtesy call with a delivery window prior to delivery.

All shipping times are approximate, and VS Home Supply Inc. cannot be held liable for delays.

*Orders placed after 5:00PM EST Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following business day.

*Due to the impacts of COVID-19 shipping delays may be experienced, however, shipping updates will be provided if this is the case.

Order Delivery

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, accidents happen, and on occasion a product can get damaged in transit.

Upon the arrival of your order please follow the instructions below:

  • Inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.
  • Open the top of the box and inspect the contents
  • If there is any damage, big or small, note these on the receipt / Bill of Lading before signing
  • If the item is visibly damaged and you do not wish to take receipt, the delivery may be rejected

Things to look out for pallet (oversized) shipments:

  • Item(s) arrive(s) without a pallet
  • Shrink wrap is torn
  • Dents, rips, or holes on the box(es)
  • Crack on the countertop of a vanity, cabinet, or bathtub
  • Item(s) arrive(s) without strapping
  • Wet or dirty box(es)

The receipt / Bill of Lading is a binding contract. Once you sign the Bill of Lading, you take possession of the product. If you do not note any damages or issues on the Bill of Lading when signed, you may be responsible for any damages on the product. Therefore, it is very important to note any damages so that we may assist in facilitating a replacement of your item.

You will have 48 hours to report the damages noted on the Bill of Lading to us at info@vshomesupply.com

If damages are discovered after taking receipt of the product, you will have 48 hours to report any damages to info@vshomesupply.com

For small parcel shipments or pick up orders, please follow the same procedure as noted above. If an item is visibly damaged, please reject receipt of the item. Any damages, defects, or missing components discovered after taking receipt of a product are to be reported within 48 hours, or a replacement may be at the customer's expense.

The more documentation and information we have, the better we will be able to assist you in the event of a damaged product. Please take as many images as possible of all damaged packaging and / or items at the time of delivery or inspection, as well as keep a copy of the Bill of Lading and any paperwork included with the order.

In the event that a product is damaged, please do not dispose of or dismantle the packaging and / or pallet that the item arrived with. We do require that items be packaged, crated, and secured back onto a pallet (if applicable), so that a carrier is able to provide a return pick up when required. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout. If you are told that an item may not be shipped to your address at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
