Limited Warranty

For your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any vanity or component found to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Please note that this warranty does not cover any costs related to installation or delivery, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

To benefit from this warranty, kindly retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. Damages and issues

VS Home Supply will replace any defective or damaged products that are claimed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for any product that has already been installed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE AUTHORIZED TO BE RETURNED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT
